Pemetaan Bibliometrik pada Perkembangan Penelitian Creating Shared Value

Abstract
Creating Shared Value (CSV) semakin mendapat perhatian seiring upaya organisasi untuk menyelaraskan kinerja ekonomi dengan tujuan sosial dan lingkungan yang lebih luas. Namun, bidang ini masih terfragmentasi, dengan pemahaman yang terbatas mengenai struktur intelektualnya, evolusi tematik, dan kontributor berpengaruh lintas disiplin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan secara sistematis perkembangan penelitian CSV serta mengidentifikasi tema-tema dominan, topik-topik yang muncul, dan potensi kesenjangan penelitian. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari Semantic Scholar, yang terdiri dari publikasi jurnal berbahasa Inggris yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2017 dan Mei 2026. Metadata dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer untuk menghasilkan visualisasi ko-kemunculan, jaringan, overlay, dan kepadatan, yang dilengkapi dengan analisis ko-kutipan dan tren publikasi. Dari kumpulan data awal sebanyak 416 publikasi, 405 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Temuan menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang konsisten dalam publikasi terkait CSV, terutama pada tahun 2019 dan 2023, dengan kontribusi utama berasal dari Amerika Serikat, negara-negara Asia, dan beberapa lembaga di Eropa. Analisis ini mengidentifikasi lima kelompok tematik dominan yang berkaitan dengan CSR dan penciptaan nilai strategis, keberlanjutan dan inovasi, nilai bersama dan strategi korporat, pengembangan konseptual CSV, serta integrasi keberlanjutan. Bidang penelitian yang sedang berkembang meliputi kecerdasan buatan, perubahan iklim, keselarasan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDG), perspektif lintas budaya, dan penilaian dampak jangka panjang. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa CSV telah berkembang menjadi bidang penelitian interdisipliner dan berorientasi strategi yang menekankan penciptaan nilai yang didorong oleh inovasi dan berdampak sosial.
